What's Your plans for Thanksgiving?

We'll be having dinner at my parent's home. My children and new grandson will be there. Too much turkey and football on TV.

No day-after shopping for my clan. I'm going to be working in the yard and around the house.

My mom is coming into town ...

and I think we might go to my friend's house for dinner.

But no turkey for us. (We gave it up about 10 years ago.) No worries. There's always more than enough side dishes to fill a plate. I can already taste the green bean casserole.

I'd love to see some pictures from the festivities. They would make great "Hardeevision" snapshots. Send them to editor@hardeevilletoday.com or post them here.

For us....

It will be simple, fried turkey, few side dishes, and family and friends....This year our kids will be going to their spouse's family for the "big dinner" so it will be quiet..... Oh, well..there is Christmas soon!!!!!
Enjoy it!!

Dinner at St.Stephen A.M.E.Church

The St.Stephen A.M.E. Church family will be having a COMMUNITY DINNER on Thanksgiving morning from 11:00am-2:00pm. EVERYONE around town is invited to come out and join the festivities. My family and I will be there helping out where ever we can; especially the eating part of it. So if you don't have any plans we are asking you to come join our church family for the holidays. We are located on Main Street across from Hardeeville Hardware the old Ace Hardware. Hope we see you there!!
