Does anyone know how to get your medical records from this doctor?? Her offuce will not return phone calls, the office is gone... I know she had plenty of pateints, and other have to want their records too. This is the 1st time that I have ever dealt with a doctor that when the office closed, peteints were not sent a notification and a refernce to another doctor. What is happening in the medical field?? DR Frank, here I come !

The Doctor has been gone for some time but there is a for sale sign on the office lawn..You might want to contact the owner that way...

Has anyone called and recieved a return call?

I have left messages as suggetsed on the office door, but have as of yet recieved a return call as suggested by the voicemail... Anyone else have any luck?
