Does anyone know how to get your medical records from this doctor?? Her offuce will not return phone calls, the office is gone... I know she had plenty of pateints, and other have to want their records too. This is the 1st time that I have ever dealt with a doctor that when the office closed, peteints were not sent a notification and a refernce to another doctor. What is happening in the medical field??
